Service Offerings
WE do not just provide appointments, We provide solutions
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation
A psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, commonly known as a “psych evaluation”, is a comprehensive assessment that includes biopsychosocial, medical, and psychiatric history. This appointment usually lasts 45-90 minutes. This is the first step in formulating a preliminary diagnosis and developing an effective treatment plan. The evaluation might require recommendation for medications and/or therapy, ordering labs, or referral to a higher level of care.
Psychopharmacotherapy (Medication Management)
Psychopharmacotherapy (medication management) is the use of medications to treat and manage mental health conditions. Although medication is not always indicated for the management of certain mental health conditions, there are instances when the severity of symptoms warrant the use of medication(s) to stabilize the individual. When medication is recommended, evidence supports the combination of both medication and therapy to ensure the best outcomes. We do offer group psychotherapy to help our patient better
Psychotherapy
We provide diverse modalities of Group Psychotherapy such as talk therapy, Empowered relief, DBT, CBT, and pain reprocessing therapy to help individuals identify and address specific concerns that negatively impact their mental, emotional, and/ or their physical well-being. It allows clients to have a safe space to process their feelings, identify maladaptive patterns of behaviors, and learn healthy coping skills while learning from others and receiving support. Group therapy can also be quite cost effective.
Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation is usually incorporated in all visits. It is the process of providing clients and their caregivers (if applicable) with information and education about mental health conditions, symptoms, the risks vs benefits of different treatment options, medications, side effects, and a range of other information.
Areas of Focus
We aim to bring forth a ripple effect of positive change that extends beyond individual transformation permeating within families, infiltrating throughout communities, and ultimately benefiting society as a whole.
