Dr. Anise Tatiana Wheeler, DNP, FNP. ANP, PMHNP. I am a doctorate prepared-nurse practitioner holding dual certifications in psychiatry and family medicine. I hold a master degree in Health Care Management from Johns Hopkins University.

Additional clinical services provided between appointments are billed separately. These services may include:

- Phone calls with family members or other healthcare providers.

- Completing prior authorizations.

- Writing letters or filling out forms.

- Transferring medical records.
